StratoJet USA Announces Takeover of Kala Finishing Systems’ North American Operations
StratoJet USA announces the strategic takeover of all North American operations for Kala Finishing Systems — including sales, distribution, service, and customer support — by Makers Global Inc., an entity of StratoJet USA.

This takeover marks a significant milestone in expanding Kala’s footprint across North America and enhancing customer experience through improved service, expanded technical support, and increased product availability. Effective immediately, Makers Global Inc. will manage all sales, distribution, warranty services, technical assistance, and customer care for Kala Finishing Systems throughout the United States and Mexico.
With this strengthened partnership, customers and authorized dealers will benefit from a dedicated North American organization backed by expanded resources, experienced technical personnel, and a commitment to delivering the exceptional service and support long associated with Kala products.
StratoJet USA and Kala Finishing Systems share nearly two decades of successful collaboration. Since 2006, StratoJet has partnered with Kala across Asia, helping establish Kala as a trusted provider of professional finishing equipment known for quality, innovation, and reliability.
During this period, Laurent Bouchard, CEO and Director of Kala Finishing Systems, worked closely with Sarabjit S. Bedi, who led StratoJet’s operations in India.
