Write down the three most important things you need to do today
They don’t have to be big projects. They can be simple tasks.
Just write them down on a piece of paper.

Research shows that writing down a goal makes you 42% more likely to achieve it. That’s not a bad return from spending 90 seconds writing down what you want to achieve today.
Don’t write down more than three tasks
If you write too much then you start making a task list. This can become overwhelming. If you write down just three things they are much more likely to stay at the front of your mind.
