Summa promoted Frederik Vervenne from CTO to Managing Director of Summa NV as of January 1, 2021. Erwin Vandousselaere currently CEO/Managing Director and Executive Member of the Board remains the Group CEO and will further focus on the strategic projects within the Summa Group.

Summa has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification from Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance. The certification is an internationally recognized standard, ensuring company processes related to products and services meet the needs of customers through an effective quality management system.
