With all the different products in today’s market, customization is becoming more and more important. 2018 SGIA Expo has a session focusing on it, hosted by Levi Patterson, Partner and Custom Product Strategist at Spectrum (Booth 4426), where attendees can get an overview of how Spectrum does product customization. This will take place today at 9:00 am in room N116.
The presentation will focus on product customization, specifically product customization done by Spectrum. Patterson will go over the Spectrum platform during his talk and how their approach to product customization can improve a business.
Along with explaining their approach, he will have examples of past products to show exactly what they do, and exactly how it changes products and can make them stand out to customers.
There are many different ways to customize products with the technology available, and they can all bring different improvements. Three of the main techniques Patterson will focus on during his discussion will be 3D product visualization, e-commerce integration and factory integration. He will discuss the different benefits each of these techniques, how they can be used in conjunction with each other and the different kinds of products they can be used for.
Finally, he will discuss the metrics they use to measure the effects of their platform. He will go over the how the metrics are tracked, and show the statistics that indicate their platform has an impact on a business’ performance.
