She will oversee a talented team, including sales, product management, and marketing for these business units. Noelle brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience spanning commercial, R&D, quality, sourcing, and supply chain functions to Mactac. She previously held key roles at Cricut, Avery Dennison, and GE, where she led teams to deliver market strategies and product innovations that achieved substantial market share growth.
Janet Page has been promoted to director of Mactac’s Technical Industrial Tapes business unit. A proven leader and a key force behind Mactac’s success in the industrial tape segment, Janet has consistently delivered double-digit, year-over-year growth. Her strategic focus has driven expansion in high-growth markets, including building and construction, as well as e-mobility. Janet is an enthusiastic advocate for breakthrough developments. She recently collaborated with Mactac’s internal Innovation team to advance new adhesive technologies. Her cross-functional efforts have fostered a rich culture of teamwork with customer-focused synergies. Janet’s leadership will continue to be a cornerstone of Mactac’s strategic vision.
