Latest Enhancements to the Print MIS

PressWise (Booth 11357) provides an all-in-one cloud-based MIS and print automation platform. Visitors can see some of the exciting new tools and enhancements made to PressWise over the last few months.

The PressWise order dashboard has been reworked, and offers a more mobile-responsive user interface that gives staff the power to keep track of jobs on all devices.

Reports have been updated with additional search and filter options. New reports have been added, including reports for analyzing sales margins, as well as sales tax paid to different jurisdictions. Shipping labels have also been enhanced to allow for the use of alternate size labels.

PressWise has added greater controls over how sales tax is to be determined. Admin users now have the option to control the rates used in specific regions or jurisdictions to control more complex nexus situations.

PressWise gives you more control over how you handle customer payments. Multiple invoices can now be paid with a single payment, and new controls have been added for handling online credit card payments. The system can be configured to allow cards to be authorized or charged immediately, or the information can be captured to use after production. In-plants can benefit from increased online accounting code visibility, and a new feature also allows order pricing to be hidden from internal users that are processing orders, if required.
