Agfa Graphics (Booth 1929) is featuring several inkjet engines at SGIA. The hybrid Jeti Tauro LED is a 6-color plus white or primer system, featuring advanced automation and high productivity, up to 2,960 sqft/hr. With an integrated roll-to-roll system, the Jeti Tauro LED offers continuous feeding of rigid and flexible media up to 100 inches wide. Using eco-friendly UV LED curing, the Jeti Tauro LED uses Agfa’s specially-formulated UV LED inks to print on heat-sensitive substrates for increased application possibilities.
Jeti Mira LED (with 3D lens) is a moving-gantry flatbed printer specially designed for optimal flexibility. It prints up to 2.69 meters-wide, has a roll-to-roll option and features LED curing and advanced 3D Lens Technology. It’s a high-productivity system reaching speeds up to 2,486 sqft/hr; a dockable roll-to-roll option attaches to the front, reducing media waste; ‘Print & Prepare’ mode on double-bed model allows for non-stop printing; thanks to its optional 3D lens printing technology, PSPs can add lenticular printing with white and varnish for the illusion of depth for many different applications, including POP displays, packaging, decorative prints and trade show graphics. Using a combination of printed lenses composed of UV-curable varnish and image manipulations, the Jeti Mira adds depth to print results by tuning the size of varnish lenses and the array in which they are printed.
Anapurna H3200i LED is a hybrid with a robust, industrial design engineered for sustained higher workloads; high-productivity outdoor/indoor systems perfect for sign shops, digital printers, photo labs and mid-size graphic screen printers that want to combine board and roll-to-roll print jobs. The 6-color engine prints at a width up to 3.2 meters, speeds up to 1,388 sqft/hr and its white ink function opens the door to printing on transparent material for backlit applications or for printing white as a spot color
Anapurna FB2540i LED is a high-speed UV-curable inkjet system on a moving gantry flatbed that delivers pin-point precision for accurate double-sided printing. It prints high-density, intense color output on practically any rigid and sheet material, for a competitive advantage. The Anapurna FB2540i LED prints several color and white ink layers in a single run and reaches speeds up to 1,034 sqft/hr.
In addition to the Jeti Tauro LED, Agfa Graphics is demonstrating the latest versions of its Asanti 3.0 workflow and new StoreFront 4.0 web-to-print solution. Asanti 3.0 offers wide-format printers new functionalities on top of its color management solution, automatic pre-flighting and a new, intuitive GUI. Asanti 3.0 allows for integration with third-party print equipment, MIS solutions and with the new, in-house software solutions such as PrintSphere. StoreFront 4.0, the newest version of the cloud-based web-to-print solution, enables print buyers to place orders online 24/7.
