'Twas a task to be done so we gladly complied,
Describing Wide-format Impressions' 2025.
There was much to be done and so much was completed,
"Oh, please give us more," our readership pleaded.

The year started calmly but changed (oh, you'll see),
A January launch in Monza with Roland DG.
In the U.S., inauguration and administrations turned,
And in short order tariffs would become a concern.

In February, our first print edition of the year,
Came with coverage of automation, be it software or gear.
And the incredible work of several top graphics shops,
Those amazing projects that caused viewers to stop.

March brought a focus on Women's History,
With profiles of professionals to hear and to see.
Our team shared inspiration, showed expertise,
And Women in Print Alliance saw its numbers increase.

In April our coverage of wide-format became thicker,
We covered why producers have begun making stickers.
Then ISA in Vegas featured equipment and a reason,
To experience some warmth during the chilly Spring season.

Experiential graphics were covered in May —
Jobs that heighten the senses in numerous ways
Our colleague Cassie covered FESPA in Berlin,
Posting daily recaps amid the hoopla and the din.

Mergers and acquisitions were highlighted in June,
Answering questions like 'should I sell?' and ‘is it too soon?'
Needing installers to get it right brought strong explanation,
Of the qualities that accompany their certifications.

Then the Wide-Format Summit, aka WFS,
It was July in Miami, and its attendees can attest,
That the event is beneficial in numerous ways.
It had them reconsidering their business strategies.

The Wide-format 150 list, it had an August drop
And printers consulting it to see who was on top
Also peppered with features about how businesses succeed,
Highlighted fabrication and changing industry needs.

In September we saluted wide-format Rising Stars,
Exemplary employees shooting well below par.
With Brandon, Natalie, Andrew, Sabrina, and Adam,
We wished to find great people, then add them.

Though saying Expo in October was the highlight of our year,
Does a disservice to what's listed here.
PRINTING United Expo, in a word, was astounding,
It's technologies amazing, with opportunities abounding.

Expo over, our readers had time in November
To read profiles of wide-format innovators, remember?
You (likely) marveled at the paths these companies explored,
"That should be us," you (likely) privately implored.

And at the end of the year, we take stock of what's done,
And anticipate articles, videos and podcasts to come.
So, in December we anticipate the year 2026.
Learning what can improve, what needs to be fixed.

On behalf of Toni, Gabby, Dan and Denise,
We wish you a season filled with love, joy and peace.
So here's to giving thanks for what fuels our professions,
From PRINTING United Alliance and Wide-format Impressions.
