The 12 months since Kongsberg Precision Cutting Systems (Kongsberg PCS) acquired MultiCam,  the U.S. manufacturer and distributor of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) cutting machines and digital finishing processes, has been eventful.

Sihl Group has acquired the business activities and assets of Visual Imaging Products.

FUJIFILM Integrated Inkjet Solutions announced it has entered into an agreement with Kao Collins.

The Vomela Companies is expanding through acquisitions. The company has already acquired two companies in 2022.  

Crisp Imaging continued its acquisition streak with its announcement that it has added Sacramento-based Century Graphics.

Appvion, a Wynnchurch portfolio company, announced the addition of Nekoosa to the platform.

The two companies are working together to bring a new digital press to market in late 2023. This press will print at speeds of up to 6,000 square meters per hour and a number of major sign and display businesses have already signed agreements to take the first machines.
