The Agfa-Gevaert Group announced that it has closed the acquisition of Inca Digital Printers, which was announced on April 20. This acquisition is an important step toward the achievement of Agfa’s ambitious growth targets and strengthens the Group’s position in the sign & display and industrial printing markets.

The Agfa-Gevaert Group announced that it will acquire Inca Digital Printers, subject to meeting and obtaining customary conditions and approvals. The acquisition strengthens Agfa’s position in high-speed digital printing and brings an additional focus on packaging printing markets.
