Global Graphics PLC (Euronext: GLOG) announced the result of its General Meeting that was held today (the “Meeting”). Further to the Company’s announcement in September regarding the proposed change of the Company’s name, the Company announced that at the Meeting held earlier today, the special resolution proposed at the Meeting was unanimously passed without amendment. The change of name has been accepted by the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales.

Meteor Inkjet - supplier of electronics, software, tools, and services for industrial inkjet - expanded office, lab, and manufacturing space to meet strong market demand for its products and services. 

Agfa plans to expand its cooperation with the Global Graphics group beyond RIP technology, as its long-term partner in software development now also includes the HYBRID Software Group.

Global Graphics successfully completed its acquisition of the HYBRID Software Group from Congra Software following the passing of a shareholder resolution at a General Meeting held on Friday, January 8, 2021.

Global Graphics appointed Mike Rottenborn as its new CEO following Gary Fry’s decision to step down from the post. He is currently the president and CEO of HYBRID Software Inc., and will take up his new position Jan. 1, 2020.
