John Hrdlick has announced his retirement as President and CEO of INX International Ink Co., effective April 30, 2023. At that time, Bryce Kristo will be promoted and serve as the new President and CEO.

INX International Ink Co., a wholly-owned subsidiary of SAKATA INX, announced it is establishing INX Venture Capital to make minority investments in technology and materials science startups with strategic relevance to the printing inks and coatings value chain.
