As we head into the 2nd quarter of 2021, it’s clear that the printing industry is continuing to evolve as more printers are considering expanding their service offerings to include additional print segments. To better understand this trend, NAPCO Research, in conjunction with the PRINTING United Alliance, is evaluating the degree to which printers are expanding beyond their primary segment into adjacent segments and the accompanying capital investments they may be making to support that expansion.
