Dr. Ryan T. Sauers is a keynote speaker, author, and nationally recognized expert in leadership, communication, and marketing, with more than 30 years of experience in the printing, graphic communications, and visual media industries. A former print company executive turned speaker and consultant, he helps organizations nationwide strengthen leadership, improve communication clarity, and elevate sales and marketing performance.
Ryan is President of End Resultz Media and Sauers Consulting Strategies and has served as Publisher of the Our Town family of publications. He teaches leadership, communication, and marketing at the graduate and undergraduate levels and is a leadership and marketing media host. He holds a Doctorate in Leadership and certifications in MBTI, DiSC, Emotional Intelligence, and is a Certified Marketing Executive (CME).
He is the author of the books Everyone Is in Sales and Would You Buy from You? and is currently developing his next leadership book focused on communication clarity, trust, and human-centered leadership in a distracted world.
