Virtual Systems and PagePath Technologies Announce Merger

Virtual Systems, provider of cloud-based print business management software, and PagePath Technologies, provider of web-to-print and MIS solutions, today announced they have combined their businesses to form a new company with a broader technology offering.  The resulting entity is Print Reach, Inc., an industry leader in commercial and in-plant printing software solutions. Chris Huber, formerly Virtual Systems’ President, has been named as CEO of Print Reach and PagePath’s former President, Greg Witek, will serve as COO.

Print Reach will continue to innovate, deliver and support the full Virtual Systems and PagePath product lines. All current support and service agreements will continue as normal under the new company name. Virtual Systems’ software includes web-based, robust solutions Midnight Print & Mail MIS, Midnight Fulfillment, and Mail-Shop software.  These products are designed to optimize the organization’s workforce and quickly streamline projects to meet customer fulfillment needs. PagePath’s products, MyOrderDesk and Printer’s Plan are web-to-print and print management solutions designed to improve efficiency and help print providers streamline their businesses. Together, Virtual Systems and PagePath offer significant advances in technology that will reach small, medium, and enterprise customers with the easy-to-use, scalable print solutions, and the superior support needed to run their businesses.
