Graphic Village Acquires Intrinzic Brand Consultancy
Graphic Village has acquired Intrinzic for an undisclosed amount. Intrinzic’s 15 employees will join Graphic Village’s 156 workers in its existing Blue Ash office. Intrinzic founder and CEO Wendy Vonderhaar and president Dave Townsend will join Graphic Village’s leadership team and continue to oversee day-to-day operation of the division, which will maintain its name.
“The combination of Graphic Village and Intrinzic creates a broader value proposition to our collective clients,” said Eric Kahn, Graphic Village executive chair and managing director of parent company Revitalize Capital. “We can now collaborate with our clients to help them bring consistency to their brand messaging, identity and activate their brands in the marketplace.”
Vonderhaar said the combination of the two companies will benefit Intrinzic clients, who shouldn’t be impacted by the transition.
“We believe that joining forces with Graphic Village allows us to solve a fundamental business problem — finding ways to engage the marketplace and employees with a powerful, singular and consistent brand message and image,” she said.
This isn’t the first time Graphic Village has acquired another Greater Cincinnati company. It purchased Covington-based CTS Packaging in October 2018, moving its operations to Blue Ash. Graphic Village also acquired Newport-based Multi-Craft in February 2018.
Graphic Village, which bills itself as a fast-growing collection of marketing communications, design, multi-touch solutions, print, packaging and fulfillment companies, ranked No. 16 on the Courier’s Fast 55 list of the region’s fastest-growing private firms with revenue growth of 132% from 2016 to 2018 to reach $22 million.
