Drummond Acquires PSP Retail, Expands Market Presence
Drummond Press Holdings is pleased to announce the completion of a deal to acquire PSP Retail, a solution-centric provider of in-store graphics and signage with operations in Decatur, Ga. This step is an expression of the strategic growth initiatives and value that the Drummond brand consistently delivers to its clients. PSP’s 90,000 sq. ft. of operational space coupled with its state-of-the-art production profile creates market synergies that ensure growth opportunities for clients and employees alike. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Drummond has now been a part of five investments in the Atlanta area. In 2012, the company purchased Graphic Communications Corporation (GCC), expanding into large format and gaining a geographical footprint outside of Florida. In 2015, the company purchased the print division of RGI enhancing its digital marketing services offering. In January 2018, Drummond acquired Sunbelt Printing augmenting its commercial print and fulfillment capabilities. In April 2018, Drummond acquired ProGraphics and unified Atlanta area operations.
